West Gate Studios: Demand for student accommodation has increased by 15% before the start of the new school year

The start of a new school year in a pandemic context forces students to look for safer places to live during their university studies, and private campuses are becoming an increasingly popular option. Demand for accommodation in West Gate Studios, the first and largest private campus in Romania with an accommodation capacity for 1,600 students and young professionals, increased by 15% before the start of the new school year and occupancy is expected to return to 2019 levels in the coming period.
