Through the partnership established with SOS Children's Villages Romania, young people from across the country will benefit from the Genesis Property Scholarships in 2023.

2 out of 4 middle-aged people in Romania face weight problems, being overweight or obese, and 6 out of 10 are sedentary. The data is part of an analysis carried out by the Romanian application DAHNA - Diet According to the Healthy Heart Nutritional Approach, as part of a cardiometabolic health screening project among the Romanian population.

This population screening was developed with the support of Genesis Property as part of the company's strategic mission to protect people's health.

At the beginning of this week, we had as guests a group of children from the "Ana and the Children" Association and had the pleasure of teaching them about sustainability, global warming, and how each of us can contribute to creating a more sustainable future. The children put their imagination and creativity to work and gave new life to recyclable objects. Together, we created rabbits and peacocks, which we made available to the community to take home or to the office in exchange for a donation. All the money raised from this activity will go to the “Ana and Children” Association, one of our partners this year.

In order to make a difference where it is most needed, in December we supported actions with social impact in various areas developed by NGOs or initiatives such as Maria Beatrice, Help Autism, MAME, Casa Bună, Blondie, Copacul cu Fapte Bune, La primul bebe, ALUZIVA, Magic, Motivation, Volens - Patrula de Reciclare sau Bookland.

165 families from the ASCHF-R community, Bucharest  had a richer meal this Christmas, with the help of our colleagues who packed bags full of the necessary things.

We are glad to have met these wonderful people at the association, who impressed us with their resilience and strength.

The elves of Genesis Property gathered again this year in Santa's Workshop and prepared 50 packages of thick winter clothes, sweets and hygiene products for the children from the "Ana si Copiii" community center in Urlati.
