The Sustainability Policy of Genesis Property was designed based on the decision to integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals at the center of our investment and operational strategies, in order to "meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs" ("Our Common Future," UN - Brundland Commission, 1987).
At the beginning of this week, we had as guests a group of children from the "Ana and the Children" Association and had the pleasure of teaching them about sustainability, global warming, and how each of us can contribute to creating a more sustainable future.
The practical part was the most beautiful. The children put their imagination and creativity to work and gave new life to recyclable objects. Together, we created rabbits, peacocks, and other interesting objects, which we made available to the community to take home or to the office in exchange for a donation. All the money raised from this activity will go to the “Ana and Children” Association, one of our partners this year.
For us at Genesis Property, it is important to continue to educate young people and involve them in activities that make them understand the importance of these issues and offer them the possibility to contribute. Through such educational activities, we can encourage the development of skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable future and proud to support organizations such as the "Ana and the Children" Association. Working together, we can contribute to creating a better future for everyone.
