Bucharest, 21 December 2022. Genesis Property, one of Romania's leading Class A office developers, contributes to the community and donates over 70,000 euros this December to support 15 non-governmental organisations and over 250 children and families from disadvantaged communities. Genesis Property thus supports initiatives developed by NGOs in Romania aiming to bring joy to disadvantaged children and people with disabilities during the holiday season, to support the needs of children in community centers throughout 2023 or to help facilitate access to education as part of the mission to create a better future in society.
In partnership with the Ana si Copiii Association, Genesis Property will care for 10 children from Ana și Copiii Community Center throughout 2023, supporting monthly expenses for their basic needs and education, and contributed to the purchase of winter clothes for 50 underprivileged children from Urlati Community Center in Prahova county. At the same time, together with the Association for the Support of Physically Disabled Children - Bucharest Branch, the company supported the provision of holiday food packages for 165 families in need.
In the area of education, Genesis Property has partnered with SOS Satele Copiilor Association to launch the Genesis Property Scholarships which will support the education of 10 talented children in 2023. Moreover, to make a difference where it is most needed, in December the company supports actions with social impact in various areas developed by NGOs or initiatives such as Maria Beatrice, Help Autism, MAME, Casa Buna, Blondie, Copacul cu Fapte Bune, La primul bebe, ALUZIVA, Magic, Motivation, Volens - Patrula de Reciclare or Bookland.
