In July 2023, Genesis FM, part of the Genesis Property group, became the first company in the Romanian real estate sector to obtain the Registration Certificate in the prestigious Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS), marking an important moment in concrete environmental protection initiatives.

Thus, we have added a management tool through which we continuously measure and reduce the impact of the company's operations on the environment.

Building H3 in the West Gate Business District, fully occupied by Ericsson, earned the IMMUNE™ - Resilient label, becoming the world’s first building to achieve the highest certification level of the IMMUNE Building Standard™. 119 out of the 135 measures included in the IMMUNE™ Assessment Scoring Index were successfully implemented. The total project implementation cost for the 15,500 sqm GLA at Building H3 amounted to 375,000 Euro, representing 1.4% of the building’s value.

The IMMUNE Building Standard™ is the global standard that redefines the future of office buildings by certifying their resilience to current and future health risks, proposing a consistent set of measures that any office owner in the world can apply to ensure the health quality of their buildings. IMMUNE™ is a multidisciplinary innovation and was created at the initiative of Genesis Property in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, in an extremely short time, following an investment of more than €1 million in research, development, testing and implementation.

Open since August 1, 2018, the pool has a total capacity of 200 lounges dedicated to tenants and their employees, as well as to students in the West Gate Studios student campus. In addition, the pool is surrounded by a running and rollerblade track, unique in Romania.

Studio One - Accommodation Suites, located in West Gate Business District, offers accommodation in spacious new studios and apartments with practical finishes and full amenities. It is suitable for both transit experiences and business trips or long-term visits. This facility, a first for an office park in Romania, complements the service offering dedicated to tenants and to students living in West Gate Studios and their families.

In 2015 West Gate Studios became a member of the prestigious International Houses Worldwide. The IHWW organisation is made up of 18 student campus operators from all continents, who share the same name - International House - and who share a similar mission "to provide students of different nationalities and cultures with the opportunity to live and learn together in a community of mutual respect, understanding and international friendship".

Novo Park, located near Pipera metro station, consists of seven office buildings with a leasable area of over 75,000 sqm. The first three buildings, with a total area of 40,000 sqm, were initially BREEAM certified, and all seven buildings in the park were also certified as green buildings by the end of that year.

The first four office buildings, with a total area of 60,000 sqm, initially achieved a BREEAM certification, while the fifth building, delivered in the first quarter of 2013, was certified to BREEAM standards after one year of operation.

West Gate Studios was developed in 2009, and in over 10 years of operation, thousands of students have walked through its doors each year, discovering a new experience in their lives. The campus offers the youth community all the facilities and services needed to develop in a healthy and modern environment, adapted to their needs.

West Gate Business District is one of the largest office parks in Bucharest, covering a leasable area of 75,000 sqm and offering exceptional locations for international and local companies interested in integrated office space. 

The West Gate office park includes five buildings, each with a leasable area of 15,000 sqm, with Class A, high-quality office and auxiliary spaces. It also provides tenant companies with parking, entertainment areas and many other amenities.
