YUNITY Park
Located in the northern part of Bucharest, YUNITY Park is one of the first green office parks in Romania and a miniature replica of a city. Here, employees find integrated solutions to spend their time at work in a pleasant and efficient way.
YUNITY Park includes 7 Class A office buildings with a total area of 75,000 square metres.

In April 2022 we started the transformation of Novo Park into YUNITY Park, a new real estate concept that will encompass new facilities for the working and urban living trends of the future in a unique space. The project is expected to be completed in the first three months of 2023.

The current parking area will be transformed into an urban forest, with spaces for events, recreational experiences, and outdoor workspaces organically integrated.
