Genesis Property is aware of the impact that our operations and activities have on the environment and society. We are also aware of the responsibility we have to provide safety to the thousands of people who live, work or relax in the buildings we own and manage, and we believe that everyone's integrity must be protected. Moreover, it is our responsibility to proactively ensure the protection of the environment for today's and future generations.
Genesis Property is committed to conducting its activities in such a way as to minimize risks to people, assets and ecosystems and makes every effort to continue to improve environmental, occupational health and safety performance.
Genesis Property is committed to contributing its part to supporting global efforts to achieve the objectives of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, a document to which the Government of Romania is a co-signatory, and to achieving a climate-neutral economy within the EU until the year 2050.
Sustainability has become an integral part of Genesis Property's strategy, of the activities and operations we carry out and through the contribution of our staff we commit to all our partners to deliver high standards of sustainability in the assets and locations we own and manage.
