Returning to the office and defining the future working style has changed employees' perceptions of their office. Romanians want offices where they have options for networking and interacting both at work and in their free time, a trend that is increasingly visible around the world. Thus, for 77% of Romanian employees, the ideal office should be located in an area surrounded by green spaces, offering leisure facilities, according to a recent survey of 1,180 employees nationwide by Genesis Property.

YUNITY Park is designed as a campus for the work and lifestyle of the future, created by Genesis Property by transforming the existing Novo Park office project in Bucharest.

Tocmai de aceea, apare tot mai des ideea ca parcurile de birouri să aibă, în imediata lor apropiere, facilități care să permită tinerilor să-și dezvolte abilitățile sociale. YUNITY Park va include un amfiteatru outdoor, o terasă exterioară, un food hall de 4.000 de metri pătrați și numeroase zone destinate interacțiunilor profesionale și socializării în timpul liber.

Un exemplu de proiect axat pe sustenabilitate și pe reducerea impactului asupra mediului este YUNITY Park, un concept de real estate care va redefini, într-un spațiu unic, tendințele de lucru și de viață urbană ale viitorului. Printre altele, noul proiect va transforma parcarea exterioară într-o zonă verde complet reamenajată.

In YUNITY Park, for example, the outdoor parking area will be transformed into a completely redeveloped green area with a futuristic design, covering a total area of 7,500 square meters. The space will include a cutting-edge amphitheatre dedicated to outdoor events, with a seating capacity of 220, as well as a 1,000-square-meter urban forest where employees will be able to hold business meetings.

Genesis Property starts the transformation of Novo Park, located in the northern part of Bucharest, into YUNITY Park, a new real estate concept that will encompass new facilities for the working and urban living trends of the future in a unique space. The project is expected to be completed in the first three months of 2023, with a total investment of €50 million.

Proiectul este prevăzut să fie finalizat în primele trei luni din 2023, cu o investiție totală de 50 de milioane de euro.
